Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene strips are attached.

• 3.
  Generate Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
